Upon booking a 30% deposit (plus credit card surcharge). Balance to be paid upon check out. Cancellation with 100% refund of amount paid is available until 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date are subject to 50% of the room tariff. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival date are non refundable and 100% of the room tariff (plus any applicable credit card fees) will be charged to the credit card supplied.
Unfortunately COVID is now part of out everyday life and our cancellation policy will apply despite COVID traffic light settings or isolation restrictions. However, should COVID-19 affect your booking with us we are happy to offer you a credit to book for another time. This credit will be valid for 1 year and be subject to availability.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% credit card surcharge.
Policies
Rooms are for a maximum of 2 guests. The Cambridge Room can accomodate an additional single roll away bed, increasing the maximum to 3. There is an additional charge of $50 per night for an additional person.
Due to having an open pond right next to the rooms we do not recommend Conach House for smaller children. Should you wish to bring smaller children please contact us prior to making your booking.
Our continental breakfast is delicious and made with as many ingredients from our property as we can. We provide cereal, toast, spreads, muffins, yogurt pots and fresh fruit. We are a domestic home kitchen and our breakfast does contain allergens such as (but not limited to) gluten, eggs and diary. We are not equipped to provide meals that are completely void of allergen cross contamination, so should you have any allergies we suggest you contact us to discuss.
Damage to the rooms or Conach House property will incur a $250 fee plus any charges associated with additional cleaning and/or repair.
No pets are allowed at Conach House.
Whilst we do not mind you smoking at Conach House whilst you wander our gardens, our rooms and the outdoor area in front of the rooms and our house are a smoke free area.
There are to be no parties at Conach House. Conach House and its facilities are for the use of you, as a paying guest. Should you wish to invite friends over, please discuss this with us first.
Should any mini bar charges not be paid for at check out, these will be automatically charged to your credit card.
